I. One step RT-qPCR master mix for TaqMan assays that combines
the first strand cDNA synthesis with target amplification in the same tube
to reduce the possibility of contamination and save time.
II. Contains M-MLV reverse transcriptase (RT) with lacking RNase H activity ,
so it is suitable for synthesizing longer cDNA strands (>5Kb).
III. Comprises a hot start DNA Taq–polymerase with 3’-5’proofreading exonuclease activity .
